The brief

Build and ship a feature-complete AI-powered marketing platform mobile app for Zoca.ai — replacing a prior platform (Chrone) — that delivers automated lead generation, client retention, and marketing execution (website, campaigns, social, reviews, scheduling) on autopilot for local service businesses.

What we built

A comprehensive AI-powered marketing automation mobile application (React Native + MERN) for local service businesses. Built from the ground up (with prior platform migration):

  • Service catalog module with AI-assisted descriptions, drag-to-reorder, multi-image upload, and pricing variants
  • AI-suggested onboarding service flow
  • Full CRM stack — leads, in-app chat, email campaigns, and EC templates
  • Auto-generated business website with new infrastructure and build-trigger API
  • Social media publishing with Stories, Instagram integration, and approval workflows
  • Google Business Profile-integrated reviews management
  • Lead-to-booking (L2B) conversion funnel
  • Scheduling feature
  • Onboarding redesign and offboarding lifecycle module
  • AWS infra audit and Chrone→Zoca DB migration. QA was continuous manual regression (Akash G R, Safiqur Rahman) with Appium automation framework setup for Android and iOS.
Live in production

The core Zoca mobile app is in active, continuous release-testing cycles (scheduling feature, full app regression). Multiple production releases have shipped. The scheduling module is in final QA/release as of late April 2026. All major feature modules (leads, chat, campaigns, EC templates, social media, Stories, Instagram, reviews/GBP, L2B, website, service catalog, onboarding/offboarding, offers) are in sustained regression testing, indicating production availability. Appium automation framework is configured for both Android and iOS.
