Antino

Company

We've been building company brains for 8 years. We just called it delivery.

Antino is an AI-native operations company. We don't sell engineering capacity — we run business functions on AI, priced on results. We operate globally from offices in India, the USA, the UK and the UAE.

The operating story

Eight years of doing the work. Then a different question.

Most AI companies started with a model. We started with live functions — the hard, regulated, never-stop kind. That's not a footnote. It's the product.

2016 – 2022The operating years

We started as a product engineering firm and spent six years running live functions — not prototypes, not pilots. Insurance claims, healthcare benefits, fintech onboarding: work that had to be right, every time, in regulated environments where errors have consequences.

2022 – 2023Pattern recognition

After 200+ functions delivered, a pattern became impossible to ignore: the rarest, most valuable asset in any engagement wasn't code. It was the institutional knowledge of how the work actually got done — embedded in tickets, call logs, edge-case fixes, and tribal decisions nobody had written down.

2024We built the operating layer

We turned that insight into infrastructure: an agentic Product OS that maps code, tickets, errors and analytics into one living graph. Onboarding dropped from weeks to days. For the first time, everything a new engineer — or an AI agent — needed to hit the ground running was machine-readable.

NowThe brain becomes the product

The portfolio brain connects to the operating layer, and the outcome becomes the offering. We don't pitch headcount. We run your function on AI, price it on results, and hand you the brain when it's done.

What we stand for

The principles we don't negotiate on

/

Outcomes over hours

We don't sell time. We sell a running function — priced on the result it delivers, not the people it took.

/

The brain is the moat

Domain knowledge from hundreds of regulated functions, encoded and kept current. That's the advantage competitors can't buy overnight.

/

Regulated-grade rigour

Eight years of insurance claims, healthcare benefits, and fintech KYC taught us that edge cases aren't rare — they're the job. We build for them by default.

/

Humans own the calls that matter

Agents do the routine work. Every exception, every judgment call, every moment that carries real consequence routes to a human owner. Always.
