Cross-platform Flutter mobile application serving as an all-in-one business operations platform for Indian MSME.
The brief
Onboard Antino as a Flutter engineering team on an existing Tranzact app codebase (Developers On Demand engagement), initially focused on stabilising the iOS release, resolving Google Play Console issues, and then extending the app with a revamped Marketing Hub. The engagement quickly expanded into full-stack feature development covering the entire MSME operations platform.
What we built
A feature-rich Flutter mobile app for Indian MSME manufacturers branded as "Tranzact." Delivered over 115 weeks across 3 engineers, the platform encompasses:
- AI Marketing Studio with web-scraping (Diffbot/ScrapingBee), ChatGPT-powered product bundle generation, smart event suggestions, and visiting card scanning
- Full B2B transaction document lifecycle (SQ, SE, PO, Sales Invoice, Delivery Challan, Receipt Voucher, and 6+ more types) with PDF generation, WhatsApp sharing, SE→SQ conversion, tax/cess calculation, and foreign currency support
- Approval workflow module with pending/approved/rejected queues and price history audit
- Voice-enabled task management with WAV→MP3 AI parsing
- Buyers & Suppliers CRM with ledger, GSTIN auto-fetch, CSV export
- Manufacturing production module with RM issuance, FG production, routing logs, and scrap tracking
- Redesigned BI home screen with MTD insights, dynamic permission-based navigation
- Sustained CI/CD pipeline on TestFlight/Play Store with iOS 18 migration and Flutter version upgrades.
Key deliverables
We are developing the Tranzact mobile app by bringing existing web modules to the mobile platform. Along with this, we are maintaining and modernizing current modules to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
App is live on both App Store and Google Play Store with active bi-weekly release cadence. Modules in production: Marketing Hub with AI Design Studio, full transaction document management (10+ document types), approval workflows, task management with voice creation, buyers & suppliers CRM, production/manufacturing module, revamped home screen with BI insights, and notification/deep-link infrastructure.
