The brief

Design a full-featured activity booking marketplace (TopTopTime) from zero — validating product-market fit through competitive analysis, defining information architecture for multiple user roles, and delivering developer-ready mobile and web UI designs for an MVP and subsequent V1 release, enabling the client to proceed to development funding/build.

What we built

End-to-end UI/UX design system and product design for TopTopTime, an activity booking marketplace connecting consumers with professional activity providers. Deliverables span:

  • discovery research, competitive analysis, user personas and flow maps
  • full information architecture for 3 user roles
  • wireframes and high-fidelity mobile + responsive web UI across all flows
  • interactive Figma prototypes
  • a living design system
  • group activity, admin dashboard, professional subscription, review/rating, and in-app chat/feedback features; and
  • two phased design handoffs (MVP + V1). Over 1,700 estimated designer-hours invested across 32 weeks by 2 dedicated designers.
Live in production

Design deliverables complete and handed off to client as of March 13, 2025. Two formal handoff packages (MVP and Version 1) were delivered as clean Figma files. No confirmed live development or production deployment is evidenced in the work log — the engagement was exclusively UI/UX design.
