The brief
Embed experienced Java engineers directly at Go Digit to accelerate feature delivery across motor and health insurance operations platforms, with an initial focus on motor pre-inspection automation and endorsement module stability, evolving into full-stack platform engineering covering health claims, fraud detection, regulatory compliance (NHCX), and vendor payment operations.
What we built
A comprehensive insurance operations platform across two primary verticals:
- Motor Insurance — covering AI-assisted pre-inspection approval, DMN/Camunda-based underwriting decisions, endorsement lifecycle management, OEM cancellation, KYC verification for ownership transfer, Vahan API integration, channel-specific prioritization (QuickInsure, Turtlemint, Axis PASA), and a rule engine with CRULE-based automated decisions
- Health Insurance — covering FNOL/claim creation APIs, cashless and reimbursement workflows, OPD processing, NHCX regulatory exchange integration, Resistant AI fraud detection, DMS document migration from S3, claim book management, and a generic claim creation API. Additionally: a full vendor payment and onboarding platform with penny validation, rent-and-lease endorsements, purchase order management, and GL/batch commission reporting; Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure migration with Vault, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Fluentd, WAF, Terraform, and WSO2; and a greenfield Axis Bank PASA motor channel integration service.
Live in production
Motor endorsement and pre-inspection modules are in production. Health claims FNOL, cashless, reimbursement, and OPD workflows are live. NHCX integration is revamped and deployed. Resistant AI fraud detection and OneAPI fraud engine are integrated. DMS migration is complete across major services. Vendor payment platform including penny validation, rent-and-lease, termination/reinstatement, and GL commission reporting is deployed to UAT/prod. Axis PASA channel integration is deployed to UAT. Kubernetes infrastructure migration is complete with full observability stack.
