The brief
Extend and stabilise an existing Phase 1 EV fleet management platform (Blive) into Phase 2, adding offline payments, wallet management, telematics/IoT vehicle control, 3PL logistics onboarding, and an ops mobile app — enabling Blive to onboard last-mile delivery enterprises and manage heterogeneous EV fleets at scale across India without operational friction.
What we built
A full-stack EV fleet management SaaS platform for Blive covering:
- offline payment & prepaid wallet system for riders and admins
- IoT telematics integration with Ola EV vehicles including mobilise/immobilise and geo-fencing
- 3PL rider onboarding platform with eKYC, document verification, and deployment manager hierarchy
- dynamic priority-based rider payout engine using Redis BullMQ
- Flutter ops mobile app for deployment managers with real-time rider tracking
- plan/vehicle change mid-contract workflows
- ZOHO CRM and WhatsApp chatbot integrations
- AWS EKS CI/CD infrastructure with 6+ service pipelines
- N8N process automation
- multi-tenant SaaS POC for fleet operator payout
- B2B enterprise module with offline payment verification and analytical dashboards; and
- full consumer app architectural refactor with vehicle reservation, cart/checkout, and personalised earnings dashboard.
Offline payment and wallet management in production; telematics (mobilise/immobilise, geo-fencing) pushed to prod; plan/vehicle change module live; 3PL onboarding and settlement screens deployed; rider payout engine (BullMQ) operational; ops DM app demoed and released; ZOHO CRM integrated and deployed; B2B enterprise module and FO analytical dashboard in production; consumer app refactor in active development at project close (May 2026).
