The brief
Provide a dedicated development team to build and maintain Awfis's entire technology stack — from AI-driven business intelligence (pricing, discount prediction, document processing) to consumer mobile apps, cafe POS systems, facility management tools, and the main marketing website — enabling Awfis to digitize operations across coworking spaces, meeting rooms, cafes, and enterprise services at scale.
What we built
A comprehensive digital platform for Awfis, India's largest coworking operator, built across 5 major product tracks:
- AI/ML intelligence layer — price prediction, discount optimization, sentiment analysis, document extraction (agreements/invoices), sales forecasting, and image recommendation
- Consumer-facing coworking mobile app (iOS/Android) with booking, F&B, KYC, payments, notifications, and Spintly door access
- Awfis Cafe POS tablet app with multi-payment rail (PayU, Sodexo, wallet, Pine Labs printer) and companion web ordering portal
- Facility operations apps — Meeting Room Scheduler (Crestron tablet kiosk), Visitor Management System, and BPM internal ops platform with AI-powered R&M inspection
- Marketing website (awfis.com) enhancements with SEO, Meta pixel, GTM, Mixpanel analytics, and promo page infrastructure. A full CoworkingV4/Elevate app revamp is underway consolidating all booking types, wallets, vouchers, and marketplace features.

Document Intelligence: Agreement & Invoice Data Extraction
Hybrid AI pipeline for extracting structured data points from legal agreements and invoices using OCR (pytesseract, AWS Textract, camelot), regex classifiers, and LLM prompting (GPT-4, Phi, Mistral, T5).

Time-series forecasting and EDA on point-of-sale data from Awfis Cafe. Implemented ARIMA, NHits, XGBoost 2.0 for weekly/daily/hourly sales forecasting, incorporating space occupancy and holiday data.
